Went in there right after Covid and the stylist was friendly and very happy to give me a great haircut and I tipped her well over 100 percent of the total due to I knew she’d been outta work for sometime!!! Went into sport clips this Wednesday and the lady I won’t mention any name but seemed new to this location literally spent 6 minutes on my haircut and pretty much rushed me out the door!!! I tipped her outta respect but that was literally the fastest $30 I’ve ever spent

I wish there was a 5 plus star rating. This place is a gem and the staff is amazing. I used to go to Great Clips for years, as it was close to where I lived. I eventually gave up as you got 80 years with shaking hands, with scissors cutting around your ears. Quite scary! I eventually moved from where I lived, and Sport Clips was the closet place near by. Best place ever! I have been going here for over two years now, and the only thing I regret is not going here sooner. If I would have known the quality was going to be this good I would have made the drive years ago. The staff and quality is top notch. Over the last two years, I have gotten nothing but compliments on my hair. They all, take time and make you feel comfortable in the process. They talk and ask how your day is going, and how you are doing, etc. They make you feel as if you are important. Erin, Molly, Melissa, and Liz are a few that I have grown to know as my stylist. They all rock! I am a manager in the restaurant industry, and I wish I had staff that worked as hard, and did as a good of a job as these ladies do. These stylists don't get enough credit. On a daily basis, they have to deal with high stress, and sometimes jerks so when they do see you show them you appreciate them. Show them you care and tip them well, as they deserve it. I always said, bartending, if I screw up a drink just throw it away and remake it, it is not that simple with hair. Take care of these stylists and they will take care of you. I promise. I will continue to go this location as long as I can. Great management, and great staff!

This “malissa” lady didn’t listen cut my hair two short kept digging her fingers in my head then obviously I was pissed off and she asked if I was mad I sad yes obviously cause you cut it short then she tried playing defensive and ask what she did wrong I said it’s to short and she said you wanted it this length but previously I told her to give an extra 1.5 inches on top of leaving 2 but she cut it down to two this completely ruined my experience and I will never come back and for 30$ why should anyone if this is what is going on ?
